Stories That Inspire Imagination and Possibility
Hi, I'm Minta Speller. I create stories that help children see themselves, believe in themselves, and dream big.

Hi, I'm Minta Speller. I create stories that help children see themselves, believe in themselves, and dream big.

I write because I want our children to see themselves the way I see them: imaginative, joyful, curious, funny, kind, brave, and full of limitless potential.
I want them to see themselves as superheroes and fairies, explorers and princesses, athletes and adventurers—and simply as children experiencing all the wonder and magic of childhood.
So, I turned to the gift I’ve been given: storytelling.
I fill the pages of my books with what I want them to see more of.
Joy. Adventure. Imagination. Magic.
And children who know they belong at the center of the story.

Being a hero doesn’t take superpowers—just a big heart and a cape.

Five sisters. Five magical gifts. One extraordinary adventure to save the forest they love.

Dive into an underwater adventure filled with wonder, discovery, and imagination.

One curious boy. One incredible discovery. And a friendship millions of years in the making.
When a favorite character jumps off the page and into everyday play.
When a book becomes part of the time they treasure together.
Keep the adventures going. Get free activities, coloring pages, new-book news, event updates, and special surprises delivered right to your inbox.

From interactive read-alouds and author visits to literacy celebrations and book fairs, Minta connects with young readers through laughter, imagination, conversation, and stories that make them excited to read.
I believe childhood is more than preparation for what comes next.
It is a time for wonder, joy, curiosity, exploration, imagination, and the freedom to believe anything is possible.
I create stories that celebrate childhood and expand what children believe is possible for themselves—stories that place them at the center of worlds filled with joy, adventure, magic, and possibility.
Every story I write is created with one hope: that the children who read it walk away knowing—
