I’m Minta Speller—a children’s author passionate about creating stories where every child can feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Representation in children’s literature isn’t optional—it’s powerful, and I’m committed to creating books where children can say, “That character looks like me,” or “That story feels like mine.” Because when children feel seen, they begin to believe in what’s possible.

Each story I write is filled with imagination, heart, and purpose—designed not just to entertain, but to make a meaningful impact. My books help build confidence and self-love, encourage children to be brave and try new things, and empower them to see themselves as the heroes of their own stories. They also spark meaningful conversations between children and the adults who love them, while making reading fun, engaging, and memorable.

Whether a child is learning to be brave, discovering their voice, or simply finding joy in everyday moments, I intentionally weave real-life lessons into every page—lessons centered around kindness, courage, resilience, self-discovery, and empathy.
